 The Ducal Palace in Mantua, a sumptuous palace of the Gonzaga family, made an impressive complex of buildings of different ages, was a landmark in the history of art with the arrival of Pisanello in Mantua in the first XV, and then with the presence of Andrea Mantegna. In addition to the gallery of paintings, sculptures and archaeological sections of considerable importance are the apartments: Green, with the Hall of Tapestries and the Empress. Great importance was the castle, where there is the famous Wedding Room, decorated with frescoes by Mantegna, with scenes of the Gonzaga family. Reservations required for groups and for the room of the couple.
