The municipal building, dating back to the second half of the nineteenth century, houses on the ground floor and the first floor, the "Museo del Territorio" (Museum of the Territory) set up in order to complete the historical-archaeological itinerary of the colony of Locri Epizefiri and its chora.Starting from previous Greek testimonies? exhibited on the ground floor, the first floor hosts the Collections and all the results of the numerous discoveries from the II millennium BC until the 2nd century BC made during the construction of the new road SS 106 between Torbido and Condoianni areas. Fascinating are the grave goods from some of the most important necropolises such as that of Canale Ianchina, excavated by Paolo Orsi in the early 1900s.
