Domenica al Museo | Sunday at the museum
Every first Sunday of the month
Free admission to all state museums and archaeological sites on the first Sunday of each month, from October to March.
In 2019, the number of free admission days in state museums and archaeological sites increased from 12 to 20 thanks to the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism (MiBACT), that also launched the “Io Vado al Museo” campaign.
From October to March, free admission to MiBACT’s cultural sites on the first Sunday of each month was confirmed. The next “Domeniche al museo” (Sundays at the museum) are listed here:

- 1st December 2019
- 5th January 2020
- 2nd February 2020
- 1st March 2020
