The new project “MANN in Campus/Federico II” is born

The Directorate-General for Museums points out a good practice that is part of the indications contained in the Guidelines about museum communication and an excellent example of the connection between museums and the world of advanced training. Each museum, in fact, should have a school or university of reference: an opportunity not only for students and their education inside the museum, but also for the officials of the institution, who can learn from the students how to innovatively renew museum communication for the perspective and the cognitive mechanisms of new generations.

The project “MANN in Campus/Federico II” is born out of a network of twenty agreements already existing between the National archaeological museum of Naples and the University of Naples Federico II: a new teaching model with classes inside the Museum, in exhibition rooms, storage rooms and restoration laboratories.
